Monthly Meditation: Roots of Wellness
Each month offers a new opportunity for Grace. But how do we learn to receive it?
These meditations offer not only a gentle beckoning back to self and to Source, but also deeply cultivated insights into how we merge mind and body. Merrill brings lifetimes of learning and practice in multiple disciplines to offer simple, actionable techniques for your home practice.
Drawing on the lesson and discourse from Second Sunday Roots of Wellness class, Merrill serves up a practice based on the themes, movements and energetics of any given month. See details below.
Expect to leave the meditation: feeling grounded, enlightened, inspired and clearer about just where you are, and where you want to go. Recordings drop the Thursday following Second Sunday class into your email inbox.
