$0.00

How can we use intentional movement and focused attention to support healing, resilience, and overall well-being?

How do we revision exercise and mental focus to understand its profound implications for mind-body health?

Movement + Meditation for Nervous System Balance

This gentle movement and meditation class invites you to experience exercise and mental focus in a new way, as practical tools for nervous system regulation, recovery, and long-term health.

This class emphasizes clarity, simplicity, and precision. Movements are accessible, intentional, and supported by breath and awareness. Practices are drawn from yoga, qigong, dance-informed movement, and somatic education to help you downshift out of stress and into a more balanced physiological state.

Each session is designed to help the body and mind move out of chronic tension patterns and into greater ease, focus, and stability.

Over time, participants often notice improvements in:

  • Physical ease and mobility

  • Mental clarity and concentration

Guided by Merrill Page and Shana Walt’s combined decades of experience, this class frames movement as a form of applied nervous system care. Practical, accessible, and sustainable.

“Thank you! I just finished signing up and listening to class #2, Roots of Wellness. Gosh you were working with me on this back in 1999. You've gotten more refined, distinguished and focused. Wellness is good. Spinning clockwise and counterclockwise below the belly button to find a still place, quiet tranquility. It helps. Yes, send along the endocrine and Chakra diagrams you referenced. Thank you. I'll listen in again to the next session.” -Harriet, Financial Advisor

“ Shana’s class has been such a wonderful way for me to set an intention at the beginning of my month. With each class focusing on a different system of the body and exploring how it relates to the season….for the gift of exercises I can take home… She provides a safe space where I can explore the strangeness and foreign parts of my body and try to bring them back to self. Shana explains the map of your body to explain it all.”
